These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Homesteading Alliance ("we," "us," "our"). They cover your use of homesteadingalliance.com, shop.homesteadingalliance.com, our checkout and order pages, and the digital products and emails we provide (together, the "Site" and "Products"). By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy from us.
Our Products are digital guides, bonuses, calculators, and related materials about regenerative growing and homesteading. They are delivered electronically by email, download link, or online access. We do not ship physical items.
After payment, we send your access details to the email address you gave at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you do not receive your Products within a short time, email us and we will help.
All content in our Products and on the Site, including text, designs, illustrations, charts, tools, and logos, belongs to Homesteading Alliance or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
When you buy a Product, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, print, and use it for your own garden and household. You may not copy, resell, share, post, distribute, or publicly display the Products, in whole or in part, or use them to create a competing product. Sharing your download links or files with others is not allowed.
Our Products are for education and information only. You are responsible for how you use them, including following the safety instructions and any waiting periods before harvest. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
We do not promise any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your soil, climate, materials, and effort. Examples and research we mention are not typical results.
You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes trying to break into or disrupt it, using automated tools to scrape it, uploading harmful code, impersonating anyone, using the Site for unlawful purposes, or sharing, reselling, or reposting our paid content.
The Site may link to websites and services we do not own or control. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies.
Our Products are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. Please see our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and the Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homesteading Alliance and its owners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of crops, plants, property, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Site or the Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Homesteading Alliance and its owners, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Products.
We may suspend or end your access to the Site or the Products if you break these Terms, for example by sharing or reselling our content. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, will continue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please email us first so we can try to work it out. If we cannot, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies named above, are the full agreement between you and us about the Site and the Products.
