Refund Policy

Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Every Product in The Living Soil Cookbook funnel is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. That includes The Living Soil Cookbook and its bonuses, the order bump, and any additional guides or bundles you add after checkout.

Download the book, brew your first batch, and try the methods. If you decide it is not for you, email us within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund you. There are no forms to fill out and no hoops to jump through.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email [email protected] within 60 days of your purchase.
2. Put "Refund Request" in the subject line.
3. Include the name and email address you used to order, and tell us which Product or Products you want refunded.

You are welcome to tell us why, and we appreciate the feedback because it helps us improve. It is optional, and we will not ask you to defend your decision.

How Refunds Are Paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• We process requests promptly. After we issue the refund, your bank or card company may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Each Product has its own 60-day window, counted from the date you bought that Product. If you add a guide after checkout, that guide's 60 days start on the day you added it.
• You can ask for a refund on one item or on everything you bought.

Payment Plans

If you chose a payment plan, a refund request within 60 days of your first payment cancels any remaining payments, and we refund what you have paid.

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, we ask that you delete any downloaded copies of the refunded Products and stop using them. Access to online tools tied to those Products may be turned off.

Purchases Made Through ClickBank or Digistore24

If you bought through a marketplace, the same 60-day guarantee applies. You can email us with your order receipt, or contact the marketplace's customer support directly. The marketplace issues the refund, and its own refund rules also apply.

Please Contact Us First

If something is wrong, such as a missing download or a problem with your order, email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix it faster than a dispute can.
